Our planning process begins with a complimentary initial consultation
to discuss how you envision your big day. From there we tailor a package
to fit your needs and budget. Our packages often include:
- Unlimited correspondence, event planning meetings, and vendor meetings
- Budget management
- Creation of planning timeline
- Vendor referrals, meeting, and contract negotiation (One of the greatest
assets of having a planner is having access to their experienced list
of vendors.)
- Venue selection
- Event design
- Stationary selection, including invitations, place cards, thank you
notes, etc.
- Management of event RSVPs
- Wedding attire including dress, tuxes, and bridesmaids dresses
- Coordination of guest accommodations and welcome bags
- PR services/Wedding announcements
- Advise on wedding etiquette and customs
- Creation of Day-Of Event timeline
- Ceremony rehearsal and coordination of rehearsal dinner
- Confirmation and coordination of vendors
- Manage entire wedding day
